Our busy Christchurch Airport location is looking for assistance with our operations. We are looking for what we call a Vehicle Return Agent to be our first point of contact to our customers!Permanent, Full-Time position available - working 40 hours per weekChristchurch Airport basedLarge international company with opportunity to move internallyEntry level position with training providedSupportive, friendly and caring culture About The RoleYou, as our Vehicle Return Agent will be responsible for ensuring that rental vehicles are returned in a timely and orderly manner, greeting our customers upon their arrival at our rental location and assisting with the check-in of the renter’s vehicle.You will also conduct vehicle inspections and prepare the vehicle for the next rental. From time to time, you may also be responsible for providing assistance with directions and travel information, and for resolving customer complaints and issues.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeHelp expedite the rental car return process with exceptional customer services to get customers on their way as quickly as possible.Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per our vehicle damage procedure.Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometers while accurately inputting them into our hand-held devices when needed.What We Are Looking ForFull, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this roleAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service.Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.We work 7-days a week, Monday to Sunday from 06.00 to 22.00 in this position we would look for you to work your 40-hours shift consisting of 5 x 8-hour shifts during our operating hours which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.What’s On Offer$24.89 per hourUniform and parking provided.Full training provided to help you achieve your goals and reach your potential.
