Our manufacturing and engineering teams are critical to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality products and this role plays a key part in that mission.About The RoleWe have one Maintenance Fitter vacancy within our Hamilton Manufacturing team working on the Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety. You’ll play a critical role in supporting production teams to meet schedules and delivery commitments.You WillCarry out planned preventative maintenance in line with schedules Respond to breakdowns and complete timely repairs Identify machine faults and recommend reliability improvements Use our CMMS to record work and maintenance activity Support Lean/5S and continuous improvement initiatives Participate in Practical Problem Solving (PPS) and root cause analysis Raise purchase orders and gather quotes for mechanical work Work closely with supervisors, production teams, and external contractors Help maintain a safe, organised, and high-performing work environment About YouYou’re a practical, trade-qualified fitter who enjoys hands-on maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
