Job Description
II. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements prior to project execution.

2. Source and prepare materials for fabrication or repair work.

3. Measure, cut, and align materials based on specifications.

4. Perform welding operations using appropriate methods and materials.

5. Inspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with design tolerances.

6. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

7. Report equipment defects or maintenance requirements.

8. Support shop or project teams in fabrication and installation as required.
