About the role

Triton Constructions Development Corporation is seeking a reliable and professional Driver-Messenger to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is based in Manila City, Metro Manila and is critical to ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of documents, parcels, and materials throughout the region. As a Driver-Messenger, you will serve as an essential link in our supply chain and communications network, representing Triton Constructions Development Corporation with professionalism and efficiency. This role combines safe vehicle operation with customer-focused service delivery, making it pivotal to our operational success.

Key responsibilities
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport documents, parcels, and construction-related materials to designated locations within Manila City Metro Manila
• Collect, sort, and deliver mail, packages, and important correspondence to various clients and departments in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including delivery confirmations, signatures, and time logs
• Ensure vehicles are maintained in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks including fuel levels, tyre condition, lights, and brakes
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, speed limits, and company safety policies at all times
• Communicate with dispatch and office staff regarding delivery status, delays, or any issues encountered during routes
• Handle all items with care and ensure secure transportation of sensitive or confidential materials
• Assist with loading and unloading of packages and materials as required
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times when representing the company

What we're looking for
• Valid driver's licence appropriate for the class of vehicles to be operated, with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driver, messenger, or in a similar role within the courier, logistics, or construction industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of Manila City Metro Manila roads, routes, and traffic patterns
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise multiple deliveries effectively
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery records and handling of documents
• Reliable and dependable character with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with colleagues and clients
• Physical capability to load, unload, and handle packages of varying sizes and weights
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and ability to perform simple checks and repairs
• Familiarity with digital navigation tools and delivery tracking systems
• A proactive approach to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures
