Conflict De-escalation & Crowd Control - Supervise customer queues and entry/exit flow during peak hours to maintain a premium dining atmosphere. - Act as the primary de-escalator in instances of customer verbal abuse or aggressive behavior, ensuring the mental and physical well-being of the restaurant staff. - Apply professional intervention techniques only when strictly necessary to protect lives and property. 4. Incident Reporting & Investigation - Maintain precise, professional logbooks documenting all security incidents and utility data. - Lead preliminary investigations into missing items, inventory discrepancies, or suspicious activities on the premises. 5. Site Security & Personnel Support - Manage unauthorized entry and monitor high-traffic areas. - Ensure the safety of our team by providing security escorts for employees during late-night closing shifts. 6. Team Management - Manage a team of safety and security associates. - Plot and manage the team’s duty schedules. - Monitor the team’s individual performance. - Cascade to the team company updates and required coachings. Qualifications: - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security, preferably in a supervisory role within the F&B or Hospitality industry. - Valid Security License; BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification is highly preferred. - Ability to operate basic mechanical/electrical systems (generators, pumps, and breakers). - Strong verbal communication and the ability to remain calm and authoritative under pressure. - Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and respond quickly to physical emergencies.
