Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Fabrication & Assembly: Measuring, marking, cutting, bending, and assembling metal parts using tools like plasma cutters, oxy-acetylene torches, and saws.
• Welding Operations: Performing high-quality welding (MIG, TIG, or ARC) on steel, aluminum, and other metals to create structural components or finished products.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Reading technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to understand project requirements.
• Quality Control & Finishing: Inspecting welds for defects, grinding, sanding, and finishing products for a professional appearance.
• Maintenance: Maintaining, cleaning, and repairing welding equipment and tools to ensure safe operation.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications
• Graduate of Vocational Course with NC II Welding certificate
• Must have at least 6 months experience as welder
• Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when necessary
• Open to assignment at area near Country Side Subd., Diversion Road, Davao City
