Job Summary

We are looking for a House Keeper. The primary responsibility of this role is to uphold a consistently clean, sanitary, and safe environment for both employees and visitors. this position plays a crucial role in enhancing workplace hygiene, which directly supports the well-being and productivity of the workplace. by meticulously maintaining order and cleanliness, this role also helps to reinforce the organization's professional image, fostering a welcoming and health-conscious atmosphere for everyone who interacts with the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the work areas, office equipment, and facilities.
• Efficiently collecting and disposing of all trash, garbage, and recyclable materials from office, common areas, and restrooms, ensuring proper waste segregation and adherence to regulations.
• Identifying and addressing potential safety hazards, such as spills, to prevent accidents. this also involves following established safety protocols for the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
• Monitoring and restocking essentials supplies in restrooms (e.g., toilet paper, soap, paper towels) and general cleaning supplies. notifying management when new products or equipment are needed.
• Promptly reporting any major maintenance issues, damages, or deficiencies to the appropriate maintenance or facilities personnel for timely resolution.
• Ensuring that common areas and conference rooms are presentable and ready for use, and potentially assisting with the setup/breakdown of furniture for meetings or events.
• Interacting professionally with office staff and management and working efficiently, often with minimal supervision, to complete all tasks within established timeframes.

Qualifications and Standards:
• At least Senior High School graduate.
• With 6 months work related experience.
• with NCII - Housekeeping Program.
