Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities daily or as required.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist with special cleaning projects when assigned.
• Provide courteous service and respond to guest requests promptly.

Qualifications
• At least a high school graduate (vocational training in housekeeping is a plus).
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and long hours of standing/walking.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
