Key Responsibilities:
• Drive manager or employee to business meetings, appointments, and site visits as scheduled.
• Provide transportation for personal errands, family members, or guests as instructed.
• Ensure punctuality by planning routes based on traffic, weather, and road conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and excellent condition of the vehicle at all times, both interior and exterior.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading belongings when needed.
• Run office or personal errands such as deliveries, pick-ups, or grocery runs with the employee.
• Keep records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules if required.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
• Ensure all vehicle documents such as registration, insurance, and licenses are valid and up to date.
• Comply with all traffic rules and safety regulations to guarantee the safety of passengers.
• Remain flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Qualifications:
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid professional driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal or executive driver.
• Knowledgeable of Metro Manila routes, traffic patterns, and alternative roads.
• Ability to use navigation apps such as Waze and Google Maps efficiently.
• Professional appearance, courteous, and respectful demeanor.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and responsibility.
• Physically fit to work long hours and handle occasional heavy lifting (luggage, items).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to shifting schedules.

Work Schedule:
• 10 hours per day, 6 days a week
• Willing to have overtime every day
• Saturday or Sunday when needed
• Daily pick-up is from Mandaluyong City to BGC, Taguig office, with flexibility to work beyond standard hours depending on the executive’s business or personal needs.
