We are looking for a dedicated and safety-driven In-House Electrician to join our Facilities and Engineering Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems, lighting, and power distributions operate safely, efficiently, and without interruption. Key Responsibilities:
• System Maintenance & Inspections: Conduct routine checks, testing, and maintenance of electrical panels, circuit breakers, transformers, generators, and lighting systems across offices and retail outlets.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Rapidly diagnose electrical malfunctions, short circuits, faulty wiring, and control issues to prevent operational downtime and hazards.
• Installation & Upgrades: Install new electrical wiring, fixtures, outlets, and conduits in compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and company safety guidelines.
• Energy Efficiency: Monitor electrical consumption and assist in implementing energy-saving initiatives, such as LED retrofitting and smart power management.
• Collaboration & Safety compliance: Work alongside mall engineers and store managers during retail fit-outs or renovations to ensure all electrical loads are properly balanced and certified.
• Emergency Response: Serve as a quick-response technician for power outages, electrical surges, or urgent safety concerns.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or Short Course Certificate in Electrical Technology, Electrical Installation & Maintenance, or equivalent.
• TESDA NC II Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) is highly preferred.
• Registered Master Electrician (RME) license is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in a commercial building, mall, or multi-branch retail environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Willingness to travel to various store locations and work flexible shifts or on-call assignments during emergencies.
