Operations Officer – 51st Security Agency

Job Summary:

The Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, ensuring proper deployment of guards, maintaining client satisfaction, and enforcing company policies and standards. This role serves as the key link between management, field personnel, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Supervise and monitor daily deployment of security personnel across assigned sites
β€’ Ensure all guards are complete, on time, and properly equipped
β€’ Conduct regular site inspections and spot checks
β€’ Address client concerns and ensure service satisfaction
β€’ Prepare and submit incident reports, daily logs, and operational updates
β€’ Coordinate with HR for staffing requirements, replacements, and disciplinary actions
β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols
β€’ Investigate incidents, security breaches, and submit recommendations
β€’ Manage scheduling, relievers, and emergency deployments
β€’ Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, or related field
β€’ Preferably with security agency or law enforcement experience
β€’ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
β€’ Excellent communication and client-handling ability
β€’ Willing to work on flexible hours and handle field operations
