Job Description
The Engineering Technician (Electrician) executes the maintenance and repair activities on the equipment and facilities of Mary Grace Cafés in Metro Manila and Provincial Luzon.

Responsibilities:
• Repair, operate, and maintain a wide range of store equipment and facilities.
• Read and understand technical diagrams and blueprints (like electric and hydraulic diagrams) to identify where a problem is and repair it.
• Conduct routine equipment status checks, implement fire protection repair/PM, and contribute to cost savings projects and facilities improvement.
• Coordinate with internal customers and other departments regarding preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair clarification, and issue resolution.
• Maintain integrity, especially concerning financial decisions, and adhere to sensitive and confidential matters in relation to Engineering and Management.

Qualifications
• Graduate of a technical/vocational course in Electrical Technology.
• Preferably with NC-II in EIM and related experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal & writing form and proficient in reading work plans.
• Open to work on a shifting schedule, mostly night shift for preventive maintenance program execution.
• Willing to climb and work on ladders and scaffolding.
• Willing to travel to various Café Mary Grace locations.
• Willing to report 6 days a week at our Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City, Metro Manila.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
