Job Description
Position Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the safety, security, and loss prevention of retail/commercial facilities. Ensures protection of employees, customers, assets, and company property while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily security operations across retail/commercial sites
• Implement and enforce company safety and security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify safety hazards and security risks
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems
• Lead and coordinate security personnel and guards
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience is required for this role
• Respond to incidents such as theft, emergencies, accidents, and disturbances
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with local authorities (police, fire department, emergency services) when necessary
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards
• Conduct safety drills, trainings, and awareness programs for staff
• Monitor loss prevention activities and recommend improvements
• Maintain records of incidents, safety audits, and security logs

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in security, safety, or loss prevention (retail or commercial setting preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security, safety, or loss prevention is required
• Knowledge of safety regulations and security procedures
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and report-writing skills
• With Security or Safety Officer certification is an advantage
• Security or Safety Officer certifications must be obtained before starting employment

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
