Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Security Guard to help maintain safety, security, and order within the company premises. In addition to security duties, the role may also involve assisting with basic warehouse operations during non-critical periods. The ideal candidate is vigilant, disciplined, and willing to support operational tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Security & Safety Duties
• Monitor and secure company premises, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas
• Conduct regular roving inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company policies
• Check employee compliance with identification requirements and safety protocols
• Perform bag inspections and frisking procedures in accordance with company policy
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security concerns
• Maintain accurate daily logs of activities, incidents, and observations
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or policy violations

Warehouse & Operational Support
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks such as labeling, sticker application, and refilling items
• Provide support to warehouse staff during peak operations or manpower shortages
• Help ensure warehouse safety procedures are followed at all times
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous experience as a security guard or company guard is an advantage
• Physically capable of performing roving duties and basic manual tasks
• Flexible and willing to assist in warehouse or operational work when required
• Observant, disciplined, and able to follow instructions
• Good communication and reporting skills
• With valid security guard license (preferred)
