You'llbe responsible forcoordinating maintenance and repair tasks, supporting recurring exterior and common-area upkeep, andassistingwith selected cleaning operations across our portfolio. This includes working closely with vendors, cleaners, contractors,logistics, and internal operations teams to ensure tasks are completed on time, to standard, and withaccuratedocumentation. What You'll Do - Maintenance Coordination: Oversee repair and maintenance jobs, including guest-caused damage and general wear-and-tear issues - Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with vendors,handymen, cleaners, suppliers, and third-party property managers to ensuretimelycompletion of work - Purchase Order Processing: Create and manage purchase orders for repairs, replacements, and cleaning-related services - Property Upkeep Scheduling: Coordinate recurring services such as lawn mowing, bin movement schedules, andcommon areacleaning - Progress Tracking & Reporting: Maintainaccuratejob records, updates, timelines, and completion statuses across all tasks - Cleaning Operations Support: Help organize cleaning inspections, confirm schedules,monitorservice quality, and support escalations when needed - Virtual Quality Checks: Conduct virtual inspections to verify work quality and confirm standards are met - Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely withlogistics, operations, vendors, and service providers to keep properties running smoothly What We're Looking For - Proven experience inproperty coordination, maintenance scheduling, cleaning operations, or similar operational support roles - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Comfortable working withvendors, cleaners, contractors, and internal teams - Strong attention to detail and commitment totimely,accuratework - Comfortable using digital tools and task-tracking systems such asZoho, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms - Tech-savvy, dependable, and proactive inidentifyingand resolving issues - Able to work with urgency whilemaintainingquality and accuracy - Type:Independent contractor (PH offshore) - Compensation:AUD1,500 – 1,700/month - Schedule:Full-time, AU shift,Flexible within business operating hoursof5:00 AM – 10:00 PM PH time - Time Tracking:All contractors useHubstafffor time and productivity tracking to ensure accuracy and transparencyinwork.
