Job Description
Job Summary:
• To ensure the good quality, and the accuracy and punctuality in the delivery of goods/services to the client; in maintenance and proper conditioning of truck; in reporting of problems encountered on the road; and in proper handling and inventory of supplies.
• To ensure that the trucks is always in good running condition.

Duties & Tasks Performed:
• Accountable for the accurate, quality and timely delivery of goods/services to the client.
• Accountable for ensuring that the truck is in good running condition by religiously conducting a pre inspection checklist together with the fleet checker.
• Accountable for ensuring that all goods loaded and unloaded is accurate based documents. He sees to it that he validates the actual items loaded/unloaded is the same as with the items written in the documents.
• Accountable for the immediate and accurate coordination/reporting to dispatcher regarding delays and other irregular situation that is encountered during the duration of the trip.
• Accountable for the safekeeping and inventory of the issued stocks and supplies of his unit including PPE of his team.
• Accountable for the weekly refueling of his truck and accurate recording of the refueling details.
• Accountable for the overall cleanliness of his unit.
• Accountable for the safekeeping of all delivery documents and timely submission to office.
• Accountable in ensuring that all signatories has been completely filled up by all concern personnel before submission to the Dispatcher.
• Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a High School Graduate or equivalent work experience related and applicable to the job.
• Must have a valid professional driver license with restriction code of 123 for 6 wheelers and 10 wheelers.
• Knowledgeable in the policies of the road safety and regulation.
• Physically fit.

Professional Skills:
• Knowledgeable in the basic driving of trucks, basic troubleshooting and basic parts of the vehicles.
