We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our restaurant operations team.

The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of restaurant facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, circuit breakers, outlets, and other electrical components.
• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of restaurant electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment, air conditioning units, exhaust systems, and other electrical appliances.
• Respond immediately to electrical emergencies and maintenance requests.
• Monitor electrical safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for major electrical repairs and installations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records properly.
• Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Electrical Technology or related field.
• With at least 1–2 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in restaurants, food industry, or commercial establishments.
• Knowledgeable in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair works.
• Familiar with electrical safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel to different restaurant branches if needed.
• Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance-related tasks.
• NC II Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance is an advantage.
