To offer superior customer service and maximize sales and volume growth, the Local CDL-A Driver carries out the task of selling and distributing products on proper routes while fostering strong customer relationships. Additionally, the Route Sales Driver ensures that accounts have product availability by accurately filling beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.

• Amplify the volume of sales in the specified accounts by promoting products, organizing distribution patterns, establishing displays and crafting marketing campaigns.
• Every day, products are sold and transported to designated accounts.
• Merchandise all accounts with strict adherence to the CCBCHC standards.
• Ensure that the Point of Sale advertising is changed, replaced, and cared for as needed by the accounts.
• Keep a day-to-day account of product, cash, and asset movement to ensure accurate accounting.
• Maximizing payment collection by employing efficient invoicing protocols.
• Forge alliances with account personnel and offer unparalleled customer support to all accounts through frequent communication, timely resolution of any problems, and appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain a neat and organized appearance of CCBCHC equipment and products for assigned accounts.
• Manage the clutter and maintain efficient organizational practices in the rear room while handling trade breakage for allocated accounts.
• Follow the CCBCHC standard procedures to complete the necessary vehicle inspections and load checks.
• Ensure that every account meets CCBCHC's quality assurance benchmarks.
• Safeguarding the workplace is a key component of a company's duty of care.
• Foster harmonious and constructive relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Consistently track the merchandise, promotional activities, and sales results of your competition.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is the preferred educational requirement.
• A preferred work experience of 1-3 years is necessary.
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in operating commercial vehicles is desirable.
• Candidates who have worked in a grocery store or consumer products environment before may have an edge in this position
• Experience in the field of customer service is a plus.

Training Requirements:
• New Hire Orientation
