JOB REQUISITION: Shuttle Driver – FIFA World Cup Operations (Houston, TX)

Position Title: Shuttle Driver (Event Transportation)
Location: Houston, Texas
Event: FIFA World Cup 2026
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract
Duration: June 9, 2026 -July 12, 2026
Shifts: Flexible (Day, Evening - 5 to 10 hour shifts)

Position Overview

We at RAD are seeking professional, reliable Shuttle Drivers to support transportation operations during the FIFA World Cup in Houston. Drivers will transport guests, staff, and VIP attendees safely and efficiently between designated locations including stadiums, fan zones, hotels, and event venues.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate 12–15 passenger vans or shuttle vehicles
• Follow assigned routes and schedules with precision
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers
• Assist with boarding and unloading when necessary
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Coordinate with dispatch and event operations team

Minimum Qualifications
• Valid Driver’s License (Texas preferred)
• Clean driving record (no major violations in last 3–5 years)
• Experience driving passenger vans, shuttles, or commercial vehicles preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights

Preferred Qualifications
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) – not required but a plus
• Prior experience with large events, transportation, or hospitality
• Knowledge of Houston roads, traffic patterns, and key venues

Compensation
• Pay Range: $20 – $35 per hour (based on experience and licensing)
