Team Driver Qualifications

At least 21 years of age or older Valid Class A CDL Hold a valid DOT medical certification card or pass a company-paid DOT physical Availability to work away from home in a five-day workweek Possess hazmat, tanker and doubles/triples endorsements Must be part of an established team Safe driving record and history

About XPO

XPO is launching a new over-the-road operation designed exclusively for team drivers. With this opportunity, you'll have the freedom of over-the-road driving while enjoying industry-leading benefits, paid time off and the unwavering team support XPO offers.

As an XPO Team, you'll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in brand new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you'll have access to our extensive network of 160 fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you'll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 5 days on the road, followed by 2 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions. There's no mileage cap, so if you're motivated to boost your income, you can aways opt in for more runs.
