Responsibilities:
• Ensuring road safety is crucial for every individual operating tractor-trailers.
• Perform in-depth examinations of vehicles before and after trips to certify their roadworthiness.
• Create a well-thought-out strategy for organizing delivery routes to maximize efficiency and guarantee on-time deliveries.
• Ensure the safe and secure delivery of shipments by complying with the designated guidelines for handling and packaging.
• Keep open and effective lines of communication with dispatchers and clients throughout all phases of the delivery process.
• Maintain detailed documentation of both the time dedicated to work and the regular maintenance of your vehicle.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations set by the Department of Transportation to safeguard both workers and cargo during transportation.
• Notify promptly of any concerns with vehicles, incidents, or violations to uphold regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
• Obtain a bona fide Class A CDL license.
• Clean driving record.
• Adhering to the prerequisites for a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug testing.
• Proficient skills in time management and task coordination.
• Skilled in the safe and efficient transportation of bulky items.
• Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service, proficient in cultivating lasting connections with customers.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations by promptly reporting any concerns or infractions related to vehicles to the authorities.
