Job Description
Overview The Picker/Packer is responsible for the accurate and timely selection and packing of clothing items.

Responsibilities

· Receive and verify incoming items

· Locate products using the inventory system and SKUs

· Retrieve orders based on specified quantities and sizes, ensuring accuracy

· Construct pallets with orders and position them as needed

· Perform packing, wrapping, sealing, and labeling of products

· Manually restock inventory

· Maintain records of completed orders and any damages

· Picking: Select products from warehouse shelves

· Packing: Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and sealing boxes

· Shipping: Load completed orders onto trucks or other shipping containers

· Inventory Management: Track inventory and orders while utilizing the warehouse inventory system

· Quality Assurance: Inspect products and packages for damage and report any issues

· Equipment Operation: Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet wrappers, and dolly loaders

Skills

· Proven experience in a picker or similar warehouse role

· Familiarity with RF devices is a plus

· Proficient in computer usage

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to stand, walk, squat, turn, bend, climb, grasp/reach, and push/pull up to 50 lbs. (team-lift system should be used when necessary)

· Commitment to following safe work practices and fostering a safety culture

· Strong communication skills and adaptability to changing environments
