Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift | 12-hour shifts | 2-week rotation | 7 AM – 7 PM

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week2: Monday, Thursday, Friday

How You’ll Crush It:
• Box labels as they come off the press machines
• Prepare and label cartons for packing
• Pack labels neatly and accurately into boxes
• Stack completed boxes onto pallets
• Assist press operators as needed
• Stay active on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep moving
• Play it safe and keep the workspace clean
• Be reliable — show up, clock in, and grind it out
• Stay sharp — one detail missed slows everyone down
• Willing to learn and take direction to get better
• Be a team player who backs up the crew
• Stay flexible with shifts, overtime, or new tasks
