About the Role
• Assembly Associates help bring our products to life by preparing parts, assembling components, packaging finished goods, and supporting order fulfillment. This is hands-on, detail-focused work with consistent tasks. Many tasks can be done seated, and we support reasonable adjustments for comfort and accessibility. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward protocols and quality assurance is what we are looking for. What You’ll Do
• Assemble and package finished goods
• Prepare product components (sorting, labeling, counting, bundling)
• Restock materials and keep work areas tidy
• Perform simple quality checks for accuracy and appearance
• Communicate with team leads regarding needs or issues

Compensation & Growth
• -Part-time assembly associates start at $11 per hour and advance to 11.25 per hour after 60 days.
• -Full-time assembly associates start at $12.00 per hour and advance to $12.50 per hour after 60 days. Full-time employees will also be eligible for insurance and PTO.
