Job Description
Growing plumbing company is looking to hire an Experienced Plumber to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual to perform residential and commercial service and repair work. This will include basic residential and commercial plumbing repairs as well as water heater replacements, repipes, drain stoppages and sewer line replacements and other plumbing services as needed.

We're looking for someone who has the enthusiasm and motivation to do this job, but who is also capable of making their own decisions and taking ownership over their daily activities.
• *MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE**

Responsibilities:

-Follow health and safety regulations
-Perform inspections of plumbing systems and be able to fix any problems
-Report documents of any problems and action taken
-Installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing systems in residential and commercial applications
-Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, water heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessary
-Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations
-Performs preventative maintenance work as required.
-Knowledge and experience of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the plumbing trade
-Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes
-Knowledge of the mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, water heaters, and other plumbing components

Requirements:

-Experience in home and commercial services
-Knowledge of current regulations within the plumbing field
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Must be able to install repair, and perform maintenance on all types of plumbing systems
-Must have a valid driver’s license
-Must have flexible schedule
-Must be able to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, lift up to 50lbs.
