Full-Time | $60,000 – $85,000 | NYC Five Boroughs

We are seeking a motivated Junior Plumber or Apprentice with 2–3 years of plumbing experience to join our growing team. This position involves performing backflow testing, plumbing repairs, customer communication, and reporting throughout New York City.

We are looking for someone who is good with hands, comfortable performing plumbing repairs, and professional when interacting with tenants and clients.

Responsibilities
• Perform backflow testing at residential and commercial properties
• Perform plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• Diagnose and report plumbing-related issues
• Communicate professionally with tenants, clients, and property managers
• Coordinate appointments and access for service calls
• Prepare organized reports and documentation
• Work closely with office staff and senior team members

Requirements
• 2–3 years of plumbing experience
• Experience performing plumbing repairs and service work
• Good with hands and mechanically inclined
• Basic understanding of plumbing systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using phone, email, and digital communication tools daily
• Reliable, organized, and professional

Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with backflow testing
• Experience working under a Licensed Master Plumber
• Experience communicating directly with tenants or customers
• Journeyman Plumber Card and/or Full Gas Qualification is a major plus and offers higher earning potential and growth opportunities within the company

Compensation & Growth
