About the Role

Anytime Plumbing 365 is hiring an experienced Sales & Service Plumber to handle residential plumbing service, repairs, and replacements in the Dallas area.

This role is ideal for plumbers who are comfortable diagnosing problems, explaining solutions to homeowners, and earning more by selling and performing quality work — not high-pressure sales.

You’ll receive company-provided service calls, a company truck, and the support needed to focus on plumbing and customer service while controlling your income.

Pay & Earnings
• Guaranteed weekly pay + uncapped commission
• Typical total earnings: $50,000–$150,000+ per year
• Top performers earn $150,000+ with no income cap
• Commission is paid the same week as base pay
• The more you sell and perform, the more you earn — you control your income

What You’ll Be Doing
• Respond to company-provided residential service calls
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners
• Sell, manage, and/or perform plumbing jobs depending on the scope
• Complete work to code with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, professional service vehicle and jobsite
• Accurately document work completed and payments collected

What We’re Looking For
• At least 4 years plumbing experience
• Valid Texas Plumbing License
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining repair options
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

• Typical weekday schedule with occasional weekends as needed
