Compensation & Earning Potential
• True base salary of $125,000, not commission-only
• Performance incentives with total earning potential up to $200,000+ annually
• Consistent income regardless of season or call volume
• $5 per hour employer contribution to a 401(k)
• $13 per hour employer contribution to a pension plan
