_**Job Summary**_
- **Responsibilities**_
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance for everyone in the premises
- Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of shift
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Patrol Student housing and protect students from any intruder
- Communicate regularly any transgressions or disruptions by students
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

- Excellent knowledge security protocols
- Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Ability top report incidents
- Clear criminal record
- Appropriate level of secondary level qualification
- Proven working experience as a security
Pay: R5 300,00 - R6 500,00 per month
