Apprenticeship Program Overview:

Develop proficiency in various welding processes, including but not limited to MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Arc (SMAW). Understand and apply safety procedures and regulations relevant to welding and workshop environments. Participate in on-the-job training and potentially formal technical college courses as part of the program. Assist in the preparation of metal surfaces for welding, including grinding and cleaning. Learn to set up and operate welding equipment safely and effectively. Contribute to the fabrication of structural steel components for various construction projects.
