• Monitor sales performance through analysis of reports

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in food and beverage management
• Experience in full service dining settings preferred
• Proven conflict management and decision-making skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Ability to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance
