Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Restaurant Servers to join our team. As a server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent service to our guests, taking their orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Duties
• Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Take Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring correct orders and special requests are met.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience, respond to questions, and provide recommendations.
• Check on Guests: Regularly check on guests to ensure they have everything they need and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.
• Payment Processing: Present bills, accept payments, and provide correct change or process card payments.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bussers, and other team members to ensure efficient service.
• Follow Health and Safety Standards: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as restaurant policies.
• Upsell and Promote Specials: Inform guests about daily specials, promotions, and upsell menu items when appropriate

Requirements
• Experience: Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with menu items, ingredients, and common allergens.
• Appearance: Professional and neat appearance, adherence to dress code.
