Main functions
• Quick Learner, Passion for guest service, Leader to reckon with
• Ideally have management experience - within a retail or restaurant setting
• A friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent skills in communication , time management, organizational & multi tasking
• Proficiency in English is mandatory and French language proficiency is preferred
• Basic proficiency in IT skills - MS Office, Social Media and Restaurant apps
• Must have valid G license
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
• Manage staff including scheduling, training and general supervision
• Perform budgets and operational reporting
• Manage repairs & apply preventive maintenance schedules of equipment
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Implement promotional activities at variety of avenues - online and offline both
• Negotiate arrangements and delivery with clients for catering and events
• Ensure compliance with the employee manual, company regulations, labour laws and occupational health and safety standards.
• Daily review of all emails and customer reviews left on our platforms and at store
• Executes all other tasks as requested

Requirements
Completion of Secondary V/High School may be required, followed by 3 to 5 years of experience as a team leader in a dining room or kitchen, or in a management position in a retail business. Work schedules are generally fixed. Frequent work evenings, weekends and holidays. Office work required outside peak hours.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
