Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Janitor to help maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout our production facility and office spaces. This role is essential to ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal
• Restock cleaning supplies and restroom materials
• Clean breakrooms, including appliances and surfaces
• Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals
• Perform routine inspections to identify cleaning or maintenance needs
• Assist with general facility upkeep as needed

Qualifications
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
• Willingness to work in a production environment

Preferred Skills
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Basic understanding of workplace safety standards
