Duties
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules that meet operational needs and quality standards

• Coordinate with different departments to prioritize cleaning tasks and respond promptly to urgent requests
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, laundry products, and custodial equipment
• Maintain detailed records of staff schedules, performance evaluations, incident reports, and supply usage
