Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This vital role involves performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Duties
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas.
• Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure safety and appearance.
• Conduct industrial cleaning procedures in warehouses or manufacturing environments as needed.
• Assist with custodial responsibilities such as restocking supplies and ensuring restrooms are hygienic and well-maintained.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate team.
• Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Contribute to residential painting projects or minor maintenance tasks when required to support overall facility upkeep.

Skills
• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors.
• Familiarity with various cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies used in professional cleaning settings.
