Job Description
MaidThis is looking for experienced residential cleaners in LA. Cleaners who work with us full-time can earn $3,500–$4,500/month β€” cleaning occupied homes for repeat clients on a schedule they control.

This is not hotel housekeeping. This is not Airbnb turnover work. This is recurring residential cleaning β€” the same homes, the same clients, week after week.

Why people who work with us stay:
β€’ You set your schedule β€” work the hours that fit your life
β€’ Recurring clients mean steady, predictable income
β€’ Tips go directly to you, every time
β€’ MaidThis handles bookings, payments, and customer communication
β€’ 30+ locations nationwide β€” we know how to support independent cleaners

What we're looking for:
β€’ Experience cleaning occupied residential homes (privately or for a company)
β€’ Reliable transportation to get to clients in your area
β€’ Consistent, reliable availability β€” clients depend on it
β€’ Good communication β€” with clients and with the MaidThis team

Heads up: If your experience is mostly hotel housekeeping or vacation rental turnover, this is a different type of work β€” residential home cleaning requires a different approach and client relationship.
