Duties
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
• Handle kitchen cleaning duties including wiping countertops, cleaning appliance exteriors, sanitizing sinks, and emptying trash
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas according to current health guidelines
• Execute detailed cleaning tasks including baseboards, light fixtures, window sills, and interior glass to restore each home's shine
• Complete add-on services as requested, such as inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, laundry, and interior windows
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing requests promptly and professionally during each visit
• Manage your personal cleaning supplies inventory and follow our recommended product list to ensure consistent results
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment
• Complete pre-departure checklists and submit before/after photos through our booking platform after each job

Experience
• Prior residential or hospitality cleaning experience is preferred (minimum 1 year)
• Experience with Airbnb / short-term rental turnovers is a strong plus
• Familiarity with eco-friendly and health-conscious cleaning products is advantageous
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning best practices for residential environments
• Hands-on experience with detail cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out services
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate respectfully and professionally with clients
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Comfortable using a smartphone for job assignments, check-ins, and submitting completion photos
• Reliable transportation or comfort commuting via NYC public transit

Position Details
• 1099 Independent Contractor (not employment)
• Flat rate per job — earn $25–$35/hr equivalent
