We’re currently hiring for residential and small office cleaning roles across the Chicagoland area. Whether you're cleaning a cozy condo or a boutique workspace, you’ll be delivering 5-star service that makes a real impact — and getting paid what you’re worth.

What You’ll Do:
• Clean residential homes and small offices (generally under 3,000 sq ft).
• Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub, sanitize bathrooms/kitchens, make beds, empty trash, etc.
• Follow detailed instructions and checklists for each job.
• Provide a professional and friendly customer experience. Represent EcoCleanse’s values of cleanliness, respect, and sustainability.

Who You Are:
• You’ve got a sharp eye for detail — no streaks, crumbs, or corners missed.
• You’re a strong communicator who responds quickly and professionally.
• You own your results — if there’s a problem, you fix it.
• You have reliable transportation to get to and from jobs.
• You’re physically able to be on your feet and lift 20–30 lbs.
• Two years of experience in residential or hotel/commercial cleaning is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check. Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
