Janitorial Supervisor at Marsden South

Shift: Monday to Saturday. The days and times will be discussed during the interview.

Hourly Rate: $19.00 to $24.50

Location: Dallas, TX.

Requirements:
• You must be 18 years old.
• Be able to comply with a fingerprint clearance if needed
• A valid driver's license will be required for some positions.
• A pre-employment drug screen is required for some of our accounts, and a criminal background check is mandatory as well.
• You must have at least two years of Janitorial Supervisor experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
• You must be available to work flexible hours
• Basic computer proficiency
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

Manage and oversee a team of cleaners.Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and any applicable local, state, or federal regulations.Supervise and train staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.Create weekly schedules for cleaning staff, including daily assignments, lunch breaks, and time off.Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed for each account.Perform cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restocking restrooms, and trash disposal)Be available to cover shifts when required.
