Area Manager – Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) – High-Volume Locations, 24-Hour Fast Food Restaurants

As an Area Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a dynamic operation — inspiring your teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining excellence in every aspect of the business. This role is ideal for someone who brings ambition, energy, and genuine passion for people to the table every day.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Manage daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and product quality
• Drive sales and profitability through smart business decisions and team engagement
• Oversee labor, inventory, and food cost controls of group of locations
• Create a positive, high-energy culture where employees feel valued and guests feel welcomed

Job Qualifications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 3+ years of restaurant management multi unit experience, preferably in high-volume or 24-hour operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities
