Assistant Manager

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations and support the leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience. Key Responsibilities
• Support the General Manager in managing daily operations and team supervision
• Lead by example in providing outstanding service and fostering a positive work environment
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of staff
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track supply usage
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
• Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Analyze performance metrics and support initiatives to meet or exceed targets
• Step in as acting manager in the absence of the General Manager

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems under pressure
• Basic understanding of business operations (scheduling, inventory, cash handling, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
