Job Description
Our team is interviewing to fill open fast casual Restaurant Assistant General Manager positions in the Dallas, Texas area. We are opening our next location in the area soon, and skilled restaurant managers to join our team.

We are a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant operation both in the back and front-of-the-house. The primary focus of our restaurant management teams is to lead by example, inspire, effectively and openly communicate and collaborative with the rest of their team.

There is no “I” on our teams, and there is nothing that anyone is “too qualified “to do. We are all working with the same intentions and for the same goal... to be the benchmark in the F&B restaurant industry when it comes to experiential food and beverage. Ambitious? You bet! Our Quick Service Restaurant General Managers enjoy:

Beginning base salary range of $56-60K
• Schedule flexibility - Store Managers are scheduled to work 45-50 hours per week

Requirements of our Restaurant Assistant General Manager:
• 4+ years of restaurant General Manager experience (Quick Service or Fast Casual)
• Serve Safe certification
• Must be skilled in overall restaurant COG’s control
• Must understand how to lead a restaurant team in delivering excellent guest service
• Pass a Background check/ drug test

Our Restaurant Assistant General Manager responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals
• Ensuring efficient restaurant operation, maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
• Oversight of team scheduling
• Control weekly food/supply inventory and ordering
• Managing FOH and BOH teams
• Ensuring health and safety restaurant regulations

To be successful in this role, you’ll need solid Quick Service restaurant management experience in both front and back of the house restaurant management operations. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and lead Local Store Marketing efforts. Back-of-the-house restaurant management experience is also a plus, as you’ll hire qualified kitchen teams, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
