We specialize in hand-pulled noodles and a wide variety of traditional Uyghur dishes, reflecting the rich blend of Central Asian and Chinese/Hui culinary influences. Our guests include local college students, hospital staff, and community members who appreciate authentic flavors and warm hospitality.

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and experienced waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant service, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Punctuality, attentiveness, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure a welcoming dining experience for all guests
• Take orders accurately and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation in the dining area
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and patience
• Support team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant
• Knowledge of Central Asian and/or Chinese cuisine preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Punctual, sharp, and dependable, with strong attention to detail
• Friendly, easygoing, and patient in handling guest needs
